If the registration is approved, an Acceptance Letter and Invoice will be issued. Following full payment of course fees, we will issue a Visa Support letter to assist with the application to the British Embassy / High Commission.

Where are the Training Centres?
Unless informed otherwise, all courses will be held at our Training Centre located on 1 Lyric Square, Hammersmith, London W6 0NB. The closest London Underground Station is Hammersmith.

Our centres:

Are 20mins to Central London, Theatreland, museums, Oxford Circus and Soho, by public transport
Have Air-Conditioned training rooms, natural daylight & smoke free rooms
Have access to office facilities
Have alarge selection of department stores very nearby (Selfridges, John Lewis, Debenhams, Harrods, Primark)

Are Airport Pick Ups Available?:
Complimentary Heathrow Transfers are included in the package on offer to all attendees. To take advantage of this free service, delegates must complete and return a Delegate Transfer and Check-list at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Incomplete or late forms will not qualify for a transfer.

What Happens on my Arrival at LCT?
You will receive a warm welcome from our staff at the training centre in Hammersmith & upon registration you will receive your welcome pack.

In addition, you will also receive relevant course material and a programme for week 1 of your chosen course. Due to the flexibility we are able to offer our clients, this may be changed to accommodate any modification of course modules during the following training week(s).

Do I Receive a Certificate?

Certificates are awarded to delegates who attend and successfully complete the course, showing commitment to their personal development and progression.If you wish, photographs will be taken of you during the presentation of your certificate which will be given to you the next day as a keepsake.

Is Insurance Needed?

We strongly advise that each delegate should be fully covered with their own personal, medical and travel insurance for the duration of their stay.

What Weather Should I Expect?

London has moderate summers and mild and damp winters. Having a raincoat or umbrella handy would be a wise choice.In July and August temperatures average around 18°C but can occasionally soar to 30°C or more.
In spring and autumn temperatures drop to between 11° and 15°C. In winter they hover just below 6°C; it rarely freezes in London these days and snow is a very infrequent visitor. A vest, jumper and warm overcoat is advisable in such conditions.

What is the Dress Code?

LCT is a professional management training company and we would ask our delegates to wear business attire or national dress during training wherever possible.

NB:

Childcare Facilities

We can not personally recommend anyone specific to look after delegates’ children. However, there is a Children’s Information Service available where it is possible to obtain a list of child carers where the child minders are officially regulated and registered. (OFSTED)

Language

It is advisable that delegates should have a good understanding of the English language in order to fully participate within the training sessions.
