Or through a representative.
Once you have selected a course and have been offered a provisional booking, you will be asked to complete the registration form. Early registration is recommended to avoid disappointment when courses are oversubscribed.
On receipt of the registration form we will then send you an acceptance letter together with an invoice. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
When the invoice has been paid your registration is confirmed. A visa support letter (where necessary) will then be sent to each delegate with copies to the British Embassy or High Commission (BHC).
Delegates are expected to make their own arrangements for UK visas (if required) and for any onward travel
Visa support letters will only be issued once full payment has been received.
If the British Embassy or High Commission refuses your application, LCT will make a 100% refund of the course fees paid. There will be no deductions or administration charges.
To improve the chances of your visa being granted, it is important to give as much relevant information as possible. What is needed is evidence of:
Payment is required at least two weeks before commencement of the course start date.
It is important that when payment is made that you advise us of this, in order to track your payment. Failure to pay before your commencement of the course may cause delay in the start of your chosen course and the delay in issuing the visa support letter(s).
Please ensure that the invoice number and delegate's name are given when making the payment transfer
Two weeks before your arrival, our Customer Services Department will contact you to ensure that you have everything you need. Joining instructions will also be sent.
A pre-arrival form will also be issued which you are advised to return to the Administration Department a week before your arrival. This will give an opportunity to resolve any last minute queries.
Principal Manager – Nigerian Ports Authority, NigeriaThe programme has been very fascinating and down-to-earth. The lecturers are very experienced in their various areas of specialisation. I have gained tremendously from their residual knowledge and practical application on lecturing.
