VAT is chargeable at the standard rate, currently 17.5%.
VAT only becomes non-chargeable when the delegate is employed by an overseas non-profit making governmental organisation or a charity. Supporting evidence must be submitted on headed paper with a company stamp.
If you do not forward the completed letter, or you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you the full 17.5%.
If the British Embassy or High Commission fail to issue you with a visa, a 100% refund of the course fees will be paid. There are no deductions or administration charges.
Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellations may be made at any time and a refund will be given in accordance with our cancellation conditions. It is accepted that fees paid may be carried forward to another course.
For cancellations more than 4 weeks before the start of a course, 100% of paid fees may be carried forward to another course or full refund given.
Less than 4 weeks and more than 15 days, 70%of the fees can be carried forward to another course or alternatively a refund of 70% of the course cost can be given.
Less than 15 days, 50% of the fees will be carried forward to another course or alternatively a refund of 50% of the course cost can be given.
For cancellations received within one week of the course start date or if a delegate fails to attend the course, 100% cancellation charge will be made*.
*Wherever possible, every effort will be made to carry forward your payment and accommodate you on an alternative date. However, in certain cases some additional costs or charges may be incurred.
Any person registering for a course must advise LCT of any promotional offer they are applying for at the time of registration.
