Failure to make payment on time will result in an automatic cancellation.

Failure to comply with the above may delay the identification of payments received, and subsequently impede the provision of a Visa Support letter.

VAT is chargeable at the standard rate, currently 17.5%. According to UK Law, non-profit and governmental organisations are exempt from paying VAT. In order to be eligible for this exemption, the client organisation is required to provide an official letter stating that it has been established for non-profit or public service.
If Delegates fail to secure a visa under any circumstances, LCT shall make a 100% refund of the Course Fees paid. No deductions or administration charges will be applied.
Cancellations may be made at any time and a refund will be given in accordance with our cancellation conditions. Course fee payments may be deferred to a course for a future date.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Requests received more than 4 weeks prior to the course start will quslify for a 100% refund of course fees paid.
